  • Remote Measurement Module
  • Collector Module
  • Temperature Probe
  • Humidity Probe

The Remote Measurement Module (RMM) receives data including: ice and air temperature, brine supply and return temperature, humidity, and dew point from attached temperature and humidity probes and sends the corresponding information via wireless communication to the Collector Module attached to the monitoring computer.

  • Operating temperature range -40 to 60° C
  • Operating humidity range 0 to 100% RH
  • Typical outdoor range of 1km and 450m indoors,
the RMM can also be used as a repeater to extend the range even further
  • Housed in a plastic enclosure that is only 5.5" x 2.6" x 1.1" in size
  • Runs for up to 5 months consecutively off of one set of AA batteries (option to run off of AC Adapter)
  • Can connect to 2 temperature probes and 1 humidity probe

The Collector Module (CM) is responsible for collecting all of the data from the Remote Measurement Modules and communicating them to the monitoring system.

  • Operating temperature range -40 to 60° C
  • Operating humidity range 0 to 100% RH
  • Housed in a plastic enclosure that is only 5.5" x 2.6" x 1.1" in size
  • Power for the CM is provided by the USB connection to the monitoring system

The Temperature Probe is connected to the Remote Measurement Module and will take measurements ranging from -40 to 60°C.

  • encased in a stainless steel shell
  • wired with wire leads 12', 25', 40' or custom length
  • ± 0.2°C accuracy over the range of -20 to 60°C,
and a ± 1°C outside of this range

The Humidity Probe is wired with a 10' wire lead and is connected to the Remote Measurement Module and will take humidity measurements ranging from 0 to 100% RH and air temperature ranging from -40 to 60°C.  These measurements will be sent back to the Collector Module in addition to a calculated dew point measurement.
